  • What is Reiki?

    Reiki is a hands on healing practice which has emerged from Japan. The Word Reiki translate as Spiritual Universal Life Force Energy. This system of healing was developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th Century. It is non-invasive complementary therapy that has been taught and used in Europe since the late 1900s, but Eastern medicine has for thousands of years worked with this energy. When giving Reiki, practitioner's have been shown to emit electro-magnetic energy from their hands. This modality is good for balancing your Energy System and reducing stress.

    What is Shamanic Healing?

    Shamanic Healing helps to clear negative energy from your body and energy system. Every Session is different but can include Soul Retrieval, Ancestral Healing, Journeying ,Coaching and CBT.

    What is Kundalini Activation?

    Kundalini Activation is the activating of the client's own personal Life Force Energy. This Session can bring deep insights and realisations.

  • What is PastLife Hypnosis?

    A Past Life Hypnosis is the opportunity to identify the root cause of a behaviour or a physical ailment. Finding the root cause of an issue is the key to deep healing.

  • What is Forest Bathing?

    In a fast paced world, Forest Bathing is a chance to slow down, be mindful of our surroundings and to connect with nature through our senses. Forest Bathing is a Japanese physiological and psychological exercise called Shin-Yoku meaning “Forest Bathing” or “taking in the Forest atmosphere”. Forest Bathing is an evidence based practice which enhances health, well being and happiness through gentle immersion in nature. Embrace your senses with this unique forest experience. This practice is good for managing stress.
